Lady of the Lake Property Management is a small property management firm in Fredonia.

Cullen McCandless is the manager.

Fredonia is close to Lily Dale and the business is geared towards the local area where people are renting specifically because of the local intense Spiritual Community.

The business is managed from the coffee shop where Patty Valentine works as a medium.
​
We are actively looking for properties to rent, but currently do not have any vacant properties availible.

At the coffee shop we hold a weekly Spiritual Circle based on techniques I learned in Scotland. It meets once a week.

We sometimes have visiting Mediums who will also do readings.
